Benelinx was founded by industry veteran Rachel Zeman in Longmont, Colorado after more than two decades working across the employee benefits landscape. Her experience as an Account Executive, Producer, and Agency Owner revealed the operational inefficiencies caused by disconnected systems, manual workflows, and limited data visibility. Rachel Zeman founded Benelinx after 20 years in the employee benefits industry. Her experience spanned the full spectrum of positions from Account Executive to Producer to Agency Owner.
Rachel started her own brokerage firm, RiteHealth Solutions, in 2009 and grew the agency into a well established and respected regional player in the Boulder, Colorado market. RiteHealth was eventually acquired by HUB International in March of 2019. Her role as an Agency Owner has given her firsthand experience in the management side of the industry and overcoming the challenges agencies face with renewal volume, employee retention, workflow systems, and commissions tracking.
Rachel is passionate about providing brokers with tools and resources to help them focus on the strategic and revenue-generating work that matters. She has a deep understanding of the people, their businesses and the culture of the employee benefits insurance community.
