New Major Features
New Census UI Improvements
CSV File can now be uploaded without location account information. Upon sorting, the order numbers should automatically be in the correct order. Dependent table IDs are built based on this order and should be fixed in place.
New Benelinx Setup for Org Specs
New options and dropdown menus are now accessible, including an one to hide the Total Premium field in the Renew Policy/Services button. There is also a new option to mark expiring policies as Expired instead of Terminated if there is no renewal policy on record. Additionally, dropdowns to select status values for renewing or non-renewing policies, as well as a dropdown to select status values for Pending or In Force. Lastly, there is an option to change pending polices to In Force (based on an effective date).
Mass Plan Import
New filtering options, including AddCarriers and Product Lines, to the Benelinx Setup Page. Additionally, Map riders for the NY medical plans are now available on mass import.
Renew Services Button
A new feature that allows for the creation of IWC Renew/Clone Services button for like policies. This action field will also be applied to Service & Window. Additional fields added:

- Service Field Name
- Effective Date
- Contract Length
- Renewal Action
- Service Fee Method
- Service Fee Value
- Plan
- Commissions Posted
- Handout
New Minor Features
Add Member Services Fields to Account
Allow for additional objects of information to be added to individual record pages within Salesforce. This update includes a phone field and website fields, both added to the Carrier page.
Create New Commissions Objects
New fields within the menu, including:
- Statement
- Payee
- Schedule
- Policy-Schedule
- Service-Schedule
Renewal Action Field
A new feature on the Policy tab within Salesforce. It creates the additional values of:
- New
- Renewed – No Change
- Renewed – Same Carrier with Change
- Replaced – Different Carrier
New Formula fields added to Plan Mapping
Allows for users to copy formula fields from one page to another, including:
- Effective Date
- Total Monthly Premium
- Total Premium
Create Credible Coverage Checkbox
An additional checkbox within the Policy tab, which includes both Group Policy and Self-Funded record types.
New Values to Policy/Service Status Field
Includes the following:
- Pending
- In Force
- Terminated
- Expired -> Pending Termination
Eligibility Waiting Period & Entry Date
These fields are now required. Additionally, Fix New Hire Entry Date has a formula field to combine text correctly.
Date Acquired
A new field in the Business Account page layout.
Remove Policy Type
Filtering removed from Plan lookup.
Rebuild Renew/Clone Policies Button as LWC
Add Renewal Action to window, and auto-populate the premium value for ease of use.
Bug Fixes
Automatic Policy Expiration
Corrected an existing issue where the APE would malfunction.
Adjusting Forward Filtering with Outlook
Change email address filtering in Custom email handler to work with both Outlook and Gmail emails.
Designate Buyup Disabled
Bug fix preventing adding a buy up plan in the Contribution Strategy window.
