Add Prior Policy
Offers a new ability to link prior policies when converting a proposal within the dropdown to mark a deal as sold.

Default on Renew Plans (MDAS)
If prior policies exist, the Inforce Type should default to Renew – Same Carrier with Changes. Consequently, there should be no New value in the dropdown menu.
Bug Fixes
Update FIPS Code
The FIPS Code will now automatically update if the Account Zip Code Changes. It also should run every time it updates by default, even if it is not included in the census upload.
Remove Con Strat
A bugfix for reassigning table rates to renewed policies, services, and cloning.
Credible Coverage -> Creditable Coverage
Typo correction.
Increased Ideon Timer
Raised the setTimeout from 30 to 40 seconds, which should fix the Daily import timeout error.
