New Major Features
Set Account Renewal Month
This feature handles accounts with all Non-Expiring Policies. The batch class should check for non-expiring policies and if all on the account are non-expiring, there then shouldn’t be a renewal month set for that account.
New Minor Features
Changed Expired to Termed
When Accounts are set as Terminated Clients, the related policies should be set to Terminated, not Expired.
Limit Quoting to Full Time Employees
Filters employee policy creation and Ideon census export (create members) to only send Contacts with Employment Status.
Create Employee Policies Checkbox
The census will only include Full Time employees.
Update Renewal Effective Date
Now references Policy Expiration Date Formula.
