Improved Policy Selection in Large Statement Upload: When resolving a Multiple Policies warning in Large Statement Upload, users can now see all policies that matched the commission entry in the Available Policies dropdown. Policy selection has also been improved for entries where the commission period does not match a specific active policy, providing a more consistent experience with the standard Statement Upload process.

Get Quote 2.0

Inactive Contacts During Census Import: When a Census CSV contains employees who match existing inactive Contacts, Get Quote 2.0 now displays an Inactive Contacts in CSV warning before processing the file.

Ease Integration

Import from Ease: Import from Ease now saves Table Rate records when the source plan has table rate data. Each record links to its Policy.

Commissions & Statements

Large Statement Upload Policy Matching: Updated Large Statement Upload to align policy matching and warning messages with Standard Upload. When multiple policies match the same carrier, type, and period, the newest matching policy is now pre-selected. When no policy covers the payout period, all commissionable policies for that carrier and type are available in the dropdown with the newest pre-selected, and the corresponding Standard Upload warning messages are displayed.

Commission Calculation for Broker 4: Fixed commission processing to correctly support all four broker/producer slots when uploading a Statement. Commission payments are now created and calculated correctly when Broker 4 is used, including when brokers 2 or 3 are not populated. Existing behavior for policies using Brokers 1–3 in sequence remains unchanged.

Get Quote 2.0 & Census Ingestion

Census CSV Download: Fixed an issue caused by Lightning Web Security in Winter ’27 that prevented Census CSV files from downloading through the Get Quote Census Builder and the Export Census quick action. Both download options now successfully generate the CSV with the same content as before.

Generate Table Rates – 404 Plan Handling: Fixed Generate Table Rates to correctly handle plans that return a 404 response when the policy or account location falls outside the plan’s service area. The system now continues checking other plans with the same name, year, state, and market and, when a matching plan is found, generates the Table Rates and prompts the user to update the Policy to the plan for the correct service area.
